How to Enter:

The basic headlines are that you need to know:

• Register by Friday 28th February 2025.We'll send you a submission form to upload your video.

• Create a 2 minute video celebrating the joy of singing with friends, families or watching others sing.

• Submit your video by 9th March 2025 to be in with a chance to win.

Need some inspiration?

We're looking for a the widest range of short videos to explore all the positivity of singing, especially those focusing on group singing. However, we are completely open to what you might create. It's your Choir Story after all.

We have put some themes together to help with some inspiration for your Choir Story submission. You'll see for these themes in particular, you don't actually need to be in a choir right now.

1. Singing with Friends and Family
Capture moments of singing with loved ones, showing how music brings people together.
Idea: Film yourself singing with friends or family at a holiday gathering, during a karaoke night, or just having fun together at home.

2. Watching Friends in Choirs
Share the inspiration of watching friends perform and how it made you feel.
Idea: Show a video of your friends performing with their choir, then share your reaction, capturing the emotions and connection you felt. End with a message about how inspiring it is to see people you know singing together.

3. Street Singing and Carolling
Show the joy of singing outdoors, whether with carollers or friends.
Idea: Record yourself singing on the street with friends or joining carollers in a festive song. This is a great way to celebrate the fun of singing in public and bringing joy to passersby.

4. Finding New Ways to Sing After Moving Away from a Choir
Capture how you keep singing alive, even if you’re no longer part of a choir.
Idea: Share a video of yourself singing online, attending virtual choir sessions, or finding other ways to fill the choir void. Show the creative ways you keep connected to music and how important singing remains in your life.

5. Singing for Fun
Show the spontaneous joy of singing in your everyday life.
Idea: Capture a casual sing-along in the car, around the dinner table, or at a festive celebration. This theme lets you express the pure joy of singing with others, wherever you are.
